May You Accomplish Your Goals For the Weekend, and have some fun too!

It's Saturday, WooHoo! Made it through the week, and here is the weekend . . . Whew! Was it a long week for anyone, or a short week? My week went by pretty quickly. Did I accomplish everything I wanted to? Not fully, but I sure got a lot of it started which is good, and not too many disappointments. 

As I had commented to a good friend of my once, the smaller goals are easier to achieve than the bigger goals. If you set your goals to high, and don't accomplish them you will be disappointed, and become discouraged. If you set smaller goals for yourself it is easier to achieve them, gives you a feeling of accomplishment, and you are ready to set another goal to continue on.

Big weekend in town for us here, Railroad Days. Rides, swimming, parades, flea market, local vendors, and etc. Didn't make it today. Will I tomorrow? Not sure yet. House will be empty tomorrow, and it gives me opportunities to work more without any disruptions too. 

It's Saturday out, bit cooler, but nice. Enjoy this beautiful day everyone, and may you accomplish your goals for the weekend.

Have a Wonderfully Fun, and Safe Saturday Everyone!

So so very sorry for not being here for a few days everyone. I was working on my posts Tuesday with some research, pictures, etc. Moving right along, getting ready to post here, and zap! There went my computer monitor. Just went black, no warning, nothing. So, few minutes later I tried again. Monitor would start to come up, go black, come up, and then go black to where it finally would stay black. Had sounds, and all, but nothing else. 

Thursday I was able to get the monitor to a computer place to have it diagnosed. I was really truly hoping it was maybe a bad power cord, or vsg cord. Nope, no go! I was told I would be better off to get a new monitor. Not really what I wanted to hear. 

So, anyway, today I hit the road a bit with garage sales, second hand/thrift stores, and etc. Was in search of a screen to grab quick till I could get to a bigger city to have choices of monitors, or at least research on line more for some computer monitors.

As you have guessed I found a screen to use. Smaller than my other one, and I am still adjusting to it. But, this will do till I can find a bigger one that I like after doing some research. When that happens I will always have this monitor as a back up if I were to have another issue:)

Was having some thoughts, looking over notes, and working on my computer.  Something happened to it Wednesday I am not sure how to explain, what happened, and why it has happened. But, I am still trying to deal with the issue of things not saving on my computer once it shuts down/restarts, and just the small things like that...urgh!

Of course I had to come by here, and check on everyone as well. Making sure things were in order, and see if I had anything to answer to. It's Saturday, warm out, and a beautiful sunny day. Hope it is great where all of you are at, and that you can enjoy this day. It's the weekend everyone, and I wish you all well. Take care, enjoy, have fun, and be safe! See you again on Monday!:)
